Kelly Galluzzo

HR Business Leader

Kelly is the human resources business leader at NFPA Global Solutions™, where she drives the alignment of people, organizational structure, and culture with both current and future business objectives. Her leadership encompasses shaping talent acquisition and development strategies, overseeing compensation and benefits programs and managing all aspects of HR operations.

With more than 24 years of diverse experience in human resources across multiple organizations, Kelly brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Before her current position, she spent 12 years at NFPA as director of HR operations, building a strong foundation in organizational leadership and HR best practices. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Human Resources Management from Utica College of Syracuse University.
