Andrew Krumpelt

General Counsel

Andrew is the general counsel for NFPA Global Solutions™, focusing on M&A transactions and corporate matters. He brings over 30 years of in-house counsel experience with extensive exposure to cross-cultural dynamics and international business practices.

Andrew has served as primary legal support for over 50 M&A transactions and integrations across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America. Before joining NGS, he worked for NewCold, Voesalpine, UL Solutions, and Allied. Andrew earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Washington University and his BA from the University of Chicago.
